Eric at The Daily Eudemon cites Gabriel Bunge’s The Practice of Personal Prayer, According to the Patristic Tradition as an authority in the recent liturgical-posture controversies. I haven’t read the book, though it’s been highly recommended by folks I respect — and now I add The Daily Eudemon to that list.
