I am desperately seeking a color photograph of St Pantaleon. I am especially interested in a particular photo depicting a full length st pantaleon in a long red robe with blue stars. Do you have this? Or can you recommend other sources?http://www.itmonline.org/bodytheology/images/stpant2.jpg

Thanks, Maureen, for reminding me. Sometimes I post in such haste that I neglect the obvious.

We here very little about these early Christian martyrs-yet in some senses the day and age we live in is closer to 100-300 AD Rome than any other period.

In discussing (with my wife) how to raise our kids (walking that fine line between detroying innocence and overprotecton) in such a secular and hedonist society. I think in many ways we have to look at the early Christians of the Roman Empire.

Love reading this-now that I've found it.

You didn't mention the etymological connection to the word "pants".
