Loyola Press has posted full text of my introduction to the Loyola Classics edition of Hilda Prescott’s brilliant romance Son of Dust, set in eleventh-century Normandy. My friend Jim Manney (the original acquisitions editor for my book The Fathers of the Church) also blogged his insights on the novel.
