The bad news is that they advertise it as "Family Friendly!" Yeah. Well. I'm sure all those little kids in the car want to hear about consecrated virgins not actually losing their virginity by getting raped. (I mean, yeah, it's very feminist and good, but family friendly?) And really, do most kids want to listen to long books of theology in the car? Wouldn't that tend to lead to whole surreptitious campaigns against one's brothers and sisters, instead? The good news is that Blackstone Audiobooks has an audiobook of the City of God.
