Maureen has gifted us all by recording John Henry Newman’s Essay on the Development of Christian Doctrine. This is one of the all-time-greatest works of patristic scholarship. And now you can listen to it on your MP3 player. Or you can take it in the old-fashioned way, by reading it. Either way, it’s time well spent.
