I was wondering the other day whether some of the Egyptian desert fathers could live off such small quantities of food because Egypt&#039;s wheat strains are more nutritious than regular wheat. (Emmer wheat, aka farro, and khorasan. Although barley is also pretty nutritious.)</description>
